Great Customer Service & Claim Assistance!
My family has been with State Farm a long time. Fortunately we haven't
needed them much in the past couple of years until that last hard freeze
we had. Our water softener hose froze and caused a backup of water into
3 of our rooms downstairs. What a mess! The whole State Farm team was
wonderful (especially State Farm Agent Charlie Anderson) and we got a fair estimate of what repairs would cost. I
am very pleased with this company and will continue to stay with State
Farm.
